3. User Responsibilities

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from us, except for critical transactional messages (e.g., account security alerts) where required.

We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party services, including cloud hosting, payment processing, or HighLevel CRM.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Square, HighLevel) will perform without issues.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm our Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and any outstanding fees remain payable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of McHenry County, Illinois.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website (www.b365solutions.com). Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
