Usage Fees & Wallet Billing Policy
Important Notice
Certain services offered through B365 Solutions are billed based on usage and are separate from your monthly subscription fee.
Usage charges are deducted from your Wallet balance as services are used. Customers may add funds to their Wallet at any time.
To simplify billing and prevent numerous small credit card transactions, Wallet balances can be configured to automatically recharge when they reach a threshold selected by the customer. Auto recharges are charged to the payment method on file using the recharge amount selected by the customer.
All usage fees are subject to change without notice due to changes from third party providers, carriers, regulatory agencies, infrastructure costs, or platform updates.

Wallet Billing
Wallet funds are used to pay for metered services and usage based features.
Examples include:
- Phone calls
- Text messaging
- Email delivery
- AI conversations
- AI generated content
- Review response generation
- Workflow executions
- Email verification
- WhatsApp messaging
- Domain registrations
- Other usage based services
Wallet charges are deducted automatically as services are consumed.
Automatic Recharges
Customers may enable automatic Wallet recharges.
When enabled:
- A minimum Wallet threshold is selected by the customer.
- A recharge amount is selected by the customer.
- When the Wallet balance falls below the threshold, the payment method on file will be charged for the selected recharge amount.
Example:
- Wallet Threshold: $5
- Recharge Amount: $25
When the Wallet balance falls below $5, the system automatically adds $25 to the Wallet.
Service Interruptions
Services that require Wallet funds may be suspended, limited, or unavailable if sufficient Wallet funds are not available.
This may impact:
- Calling
- Messaging
- Email delivery
- AI features
- Automation workflows
- Domain purchases
- Other metered services
Pricing Changes
B365 Solutions reserves the right to modify usage rates at any time.
Updated pricing may be reflected within the platform, billing portal, or this page. Continued use of usage based services constitutes acceptance of the current rates.
Refund Policy
Wallet deposits and consumed usage charges are generally non refundable except where required by law or approved by B365 Solutions in its sole discretion.
