Data Deletion Instructions

B365 Solutions LLC respects your right to request deletion of eligible personal information.
This page explains how to request deletion of information associated with B365 Solutions websites, accounts, communications, and services.
Requesting Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal information, email:
Use the subject:
Data Deletion Request
Please include enough information for us to locate the applicable records, such as:
- Your name
- Email address associated with your account or request
- Telephone number associated with your account, if applicable
- Business or organization name, if applicable
- The B365 Solutions service you used
- A brief description of the information you want deleted
Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information with your request.
Identity Verification
To protect users against unauthorized deletion requests, B365 Solutions may need to verify your identity or authority before processing a request.
Verification requirements will depend on the nature of the information involved.
If you submit a request on behalf of another individual or business, we may require evidence that you are authorized to act on their behalf.
Information Stored by a B365 Solutions Customer
B365 Solutions provides CRM, website, communication, automation, and other technology services to businesses.
If you provided your information directly to a business that uses B365 Solutions technology, that business may control the information rather than B365 Solutions.
For example, if you:
- Submitted a form on one of our customer's websites
- Scheduled an appointment with one of our customers
- Provided your telephone number to one of our customers
- Received messages from one of our customers
- Became a customer or lead of a business using B365 Solutions CRM services
You should generally contact that business directly regarding deletion of your information.
B365 Solutions may process that information on behalf of the business and will assist the applicable business with appropriate deletion requests when required.
Information That May Be Deleted
Subject to applicable law and contractual requirements, deletion may include eligible:
- Account information
- Contact information
- CRM records controlled by B365 Solutions
- Form submissions
- Communication records
- Marketing profile information
- Stored preferences
- Website or service related personal information
- Other personal information associated with your account
Information We May Retain
Deletion rights are not absolute.
B365 Solutions may retain certain information where reasonably necessary or legally permitted for purposes including:
- Completing transactions
- Maintaining tax and accounting records
- Complying with legal obligations
- Preventing fraud
- Maintaining security records
- Resolving disputes
- Enforcing agreements
- Establishing or defending legal claims
- Maintaining required consent or opt out records
- Documenting compliance with communication preferences
- Protecting against unauthorized use of our services
For example, if you opt out of marketing communications, we may retain limited suppression information necessary to remember that you opted out. This helps prevent you from being unintentionally added back to a marketing list.
SMS and MMS Information
You may stop SMS or MMS communications at any time by replying:
STOP
Opting out of SMS communications does not necessarily delete all information associated with your account.
If you also want eligible personal information deleted, submit a Data Deletion Request using the instructions above.
B365 Solutions does not sell or provide mobile information or SMS opt in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Email Marketing
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in applicable marketing messages.
Unsubscribing from email marketing does not necessarily delete your account or other personal information.
Submit a Data Deletion Request if you also want eligible personal information deleted.
Browser and Application Notifications
Browser and application notifications can generally be disabled through your browser, device, operating system, or application settings.
Disabling notifications does not automatically delete other information maintained by B365 Solutions.
Account Deletion
If a B365 Solutions service provides an account deletion option within the application, you may use that feature.
You may also request account deletion by contacting support@b365solutions.com.
Deleting an account may permanently remove access to information, services, configurations, files, communications, or other content associated with the account.
Third Party Services
B365 Solutions may use service providers to operate portions of its services.
When appropriate and required, deletion requests may be communicated to applicable service providers so eligible information can be removed from systems they operate on our behalf.
Independent third party services that you connected to B365 Solutions may maintain information under their own privacy policies and retention requirements.
You may need to contact those providers separately.
Backups
Information deleted from active systems may temporarily remain within encrypted backups, disaster recovery systems, archives, or system logs.
Backup copies are generally removed or overwritten according to normal retention schedules and are not ordinarily restored for active use except for legitimate disaster recovery, security, or legal purposes.
Processing Your Request
We will review deletion requests and respond within the period required by applicable law.
We may contact you if additional information is required to locate your records, verify your identity, determine which business controls the information, or understand the scope of your request.
If we cannot delete certain information, we may explain the applicable reason where required by law.
