Terms of Service

These terms summarise the basis on which B365 Solutions provides websites, business tools and related services. Your signed agreement or order confirmation takes precedence where the two differ.

Services

We provide the package and services confirmed in your order. Setup work begins once your details and content are supplied and your subscription is active.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis to the payment method you provide. Setup fees, where applicable, are charged at the start of your engagement.

Changes and cancellation

You may change your package as your business changes. Reductions and cancellations take effect from your next billing date unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Ownership

Your domain and your content remain yours. Platform software, templates and tooling provided by B365 Solutions or our suppliers remain the property of their owners.
