B365 Solutions may collect a mobile telephone number when an individual voluntarily provides it through a website, form, account, appointment request, conversation, or other consent process. Where required, SMS and MMS marketing communications are sent only after appropriate consent has been obtained. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

B365 Solutions does not sell, rent, transfer, or provide mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to the applicable sender and messaging program and is not transferable to another business. Service providers that assist in delivering messaging services may process information only as necessary to provide those services.

4. Email Marketing

If you subscribe to or otherwise lawfully receive marketing email communications from B365 Solutions, we may use your contact information to send information concerning our products, services, offers, announcements, or other business information. Marketing emails provide an unsubscribe mechanism where required. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not prevent necessary transactional, account, security, or service communications.

5. Telephone Communications

If you provide a telephone number, B365 Solutions may use it for customer service, appointments, requested follow up, account related communications, or marketing where legally permitted and where any required consent has been obtained. You may request that marketing calls stop.

6. Browser and Application Notifications

If you enable browser, desktop, or application notifications, we may use those systems to deliver alerts, reminders, service information, or marketing communications consistent with your permissions. You can generally disable these notifications through your browser, operating system, device, or application settings.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

B365 Solutions may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics technologies, and similar tools to operate websites, remember preferences, maintain sessions, understand website usage, measure marketing performance, improve services, and protect against fraud or abuse. Your browser may allow you to restrict or delete cookies. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

8. Analytics and Advertising

We may use analytics and advertising services to understand how users interact with B365 Solutions websites and to measure or improve marketing campaigns. Depending on the technology used and your jurisdiction, these services may process device identifiers, IP addresses, browsing activity, referral information, and similar technical data. Where required by applicable law, appropriate consent mechanisms will be provided. Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt in consent are excluded from advertising and affiliate marketing disclosures and are not provided to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Affiliate and Partner Relationships

B365 Solutions may maintain affiliate, referral, reseller, integration, or business partner relationships. Some links displayed on B365 Solutions websites or in communications may be affiliate or partner links. B365 Solutions may receive compensation when a user purchases or registers through certain links. Information may be exchanged with a partner when necessary to complete a transaction or service specifically requested by the user and where legally permitted.

However, mobile information and SMS opt in consent are not sold, transferred, or provided to affiliates or partners for their marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Business Customer Data

B365 Solutions provides technology that businesses may use to manage their own customers and contacts. When a B365 Solutions business customer collects or uploads personal information concerning its own customers, leads, employees, or contacts, that business generally determines the purposes for which the information is processed. In these situations, B365 Solutions may act as a service provider or processor on behalf of the business customer.

If your information was collected by a business using technology provided by B365 Solutions, you may need to contact that business directly regarding privacy requests because that business controls the relationship with you. B365 Solutions will reasonably assist customers with appropriate privacy requests as required by applicable law and contractual obligations.

  • Investigate fraud or security incidents
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of B365 Solutions, our customers, users, or others
  • Complete a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable legal requirements

These circumstances do not alter our prohibition against providing SMS opt in consent or mobile information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

13. Sale of Personal Information

B365 Solutions does not operate as a data broker or sell customer contact lists. Certain privacy laws use broad definitions of "sale" or "sharing" that may include some forms of targeted advertising or advertising technology even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, B365 Solutions will provide privacy choices required by law. SMS opt in data and consent remain excluded from such advertising uses.

14. Data Retention

B365 Solutions retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, complete transactions, meet contractual obligations, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. Information may remain temporarily in backups or archives after deletion from active systems.

15. Data Security

B365 Solutions uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no internet based service, network, database, or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and account credentials.

16. Children's Privacy

B365 Solutions services are intended primarily for businesses and adults and are not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our general business services without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information to B365 Solutions improperly, contact us so the information can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.

17. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning your personal information. These may include rights to request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, request information concerning categories of information collected, request information concerning certain disclosures, opt out of certain marketing activities, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and appeal certain privacy decisions where applicable. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements. B365 Solutions will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising applicable privacy rights.

18. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws. Where a state privacy law applies to B365 Solutions and to the particular information or processing activity, B365 Solutions will honor applicable access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt out rights. Some information, entities, transactions, or processing activities may be exempt from particular state privacy laws.
