What changed in 2026
- Founder Plan: HighLevel says it's "the new name for the $497/month Agency Pro Plan," at the same price. You may still see "Agency Pro" or "Pro Plan" in places. See our Founder Plan guide.
- AI assistants included for agency users: HighLevel says AI assistants such as Ask AI and AI Studio are included at no extra cost on the $97, $297 and $497 plans, subject to fair use, and its separate $20/month AI Assistant plan is being retired.
- AI agents are still paid: Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI and Managed Agents are billed by subscription or usage.
Usage costs to budget for
HighLevel bills usage through an agency wallet. It charges your card on file to load credit, deducts usage as it happens, and refills automatically when the balance falls below your minimum.
